Box Lacrosse Training Programs

Updated Wednesday November 1, 2017 by Peak Lacrosse Academy.

The Coquitlam Junior Adanacs are pleased to present Peak Lacrosse Academy delivering quality training programs to Box Lacrosse players in the Lower Mainland. For 2017/18, Peak Lacrosse will deliver very dynamic sessions to prepare players for the upcoming Box season. These sessions are open to all Lower Mainland Lacrosse players.

Programs being delivered in 2017/18 are:

  • Winter Performance Programs for Novice, PeeWee, Bantam and Midget
  • Fun Lacrosse Program - Designed for new players primarily focused on the Mini-Tyke/Tyke aged player (4-8 years old in 2018) but older kids may join if they want to learn the very basics of Lacrosse and try it out before committing to registering for the season. Go to the Fun Lacrosse program on Camp Information tab for more information.
  • Tyke Young Guns Program - A program specifically designed for Tyke players. This can be for new Tyke players or second year Tyke players and will have Coaches teaching age-specific drills and skills designed to prepare the players for the upcoming season. Fast paced drills to advance knowledge of positions, skills for proper offence and defence and stick skills with using regulation balls.
  • Boys/Girls Rust Removal Program - Designed for different age groups specific to the players and gets players prepared for evaluations/try-outs while also teaching advanced skills from Professional Players. Once completed, players will be confident in their skills and ready for the Box season.

All sessions are delivered by current, past or future Professional Lacrosse players. Many of our Coaches are currently playing either Intermediate A, Junior A, Senior A or the Professional NLL league. All drills and programs are delivered according to CLA specifications with properly certified Coaches.
